    We provide three options for you to access the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) so you can search for homes at your own pace, as well as set up and save your searches to run automatically.  Here are your options: 

1 - Super Access to MLS - Click Here – This service provides you with the ultimate MLS access . . . far superior to Realtor.com.  By the way, Realtor.com is NEVER current and you will never see the most recent listings.  There is a 1-3 day delay from the time a property is listed, till the time it appears on Realtor.com and most consolidated websites like Realtor.com  Moreovrer, you are NOT going to find all of the most important and recent informatin about properties on Realtor.com 

The only way to see new listings within seconds of them being listed, is to use the auto-search feature discussed below.  This is the ONLY search that is set up within the local MLS computer systems, so you get it BEFORE Realtor.com

With our Super MLS search tool you will be able to do all of the following, but please keep in mind, the only up to the minute search is with the auto-search.

3 - Auto-Search and Customized Searches - For the most accurate Online Searches, we recommend allowing our experts to set up your search on the MLS server.  This provides you with automatic and instantaneous email updates on new listings, price changes and status changes . . . within seconds of the changes being entered into the local MLS system . . . no matter which real estate office makes the change or submits a new listing.
